I can work with your full ensemble or your rhythm section at a rehearsal or a retreat. Have me in for a rehearsal, or a day of camp, or a Saturday workshop to help your students maximize their potential and tighten up their execution and musical impact. As an active adjudicator I can convey to the students what will be weighed in their competitive performance.

Focus on your drumset players. This would be a hands on, BYOD (drumset), 4 hour or full day session. You can reduce your cost by inviting in other schools to participate and have them share in the cost of the workshop.

Get your percussionists engaged in the "right" way to approach all of the various instruments in the section. From the aspect of concert snare drumming, timpani, mallets and accessories there are "tricks of the trade" that will make them better and make your life easier.

Help to motivate your young drummers by having a guest artist play with your ensemble on a number or two after working with your rhythm section, your drummers specifically and your whole band in prep for your next performance.
